What does it mean to be a disciple? How do I spread words of faith? Who was Matthew? These were the topics we covered at Faith Trek.
Students discussed how people for spread the word and been disciples for many years. We talked about the varieties of storytelling and changes in technology - think fossils to ballet to Navajo storytellers to myspace and texting.
Using our map we located the City of Galilee and discussed the area of Israel and Palestine.
By the end of the morning students could tell us five things they had learned about Matthew and were thinking about how they personally can be disciples.
